What's with the SF thing? I don't really know his history except he said racial slurs to a teammate a few years ago.

Cooper is actually decent, as a pass catching kinda guy. He's 6'4", has pretty good hands and runs decent routes. Over the middle or in the redzone, he can be an effective weapon. Last year was not a good year for him but is that because of the QB or is that because of Riley? The previous seasons, he had 47 Rec./8 TDs in 2013 and Rec. 55/3 TDs in 2014. I think that he can probably still contribute for somebody and I'd imagine he will be reasonable with regards to salary. He aint making no 8 mill guaranteed off anybody else, not named Chip.
