The year we went 13-3, here is what our receivers did

Terrell Owens 81 1355 16.7 52 15
Jason Witten 96 1145 11.9 53 7
Patrick Crayton 50 697 13.9 59 7
Sam Hurd 19 314 16.5 51 1
Marion Barber 44 282 6.4 29 2
Julius Jones 23 203 8.8 24 0
Anthony Fasano 14 143 10.2 26 1
Miles Austin 5 76 15.2 35 0

TO, Julius and Fasano are gone. In their place is RW, Felix, Bennett and a more experience Austin. While RW might not have TO's numbers this year, he should get 75 1000 and 10. Felix and Bennett can blow away Julius and Fasano's numbers and Austin should bring in 40 600 and 5. Overall we should do just as well. Plus we will be running the ball a little more.

RW 75 1000 10
JW 80 900 7
PC 50 500 4
MA 40 600 4
FJ 30 350 3
MBet 30 300 4
MBar 30 250 2
Hurd 20 200 1

I still think we should draft a WR(Brandon Tate), but later in the draft as I am sick of the Stanback experiment

Thoughts?

I'll have no issue with this teams production if our guys are able to produce in the manner in which you've laid out there. I also believe they're entirely capable of doing just that.

Didn't he test positive for weed recently? not that weed is really a big deal but you have to be a special kind of stupid to smoke weed when you're in the proses of trying to get drafted. I'll pass

I agree with what you said. We could look at several possiblities. I just like his potential

Agreed but I have a big feeling we will see T.Choice get a lot of screen passes. He is deadly in the open field. I think he gets 30 catches for 200-250 instead of Barber. I think Barber will be mostly a runner.

I hope to see Felix catch some balls out of the backfield. Thats going to be fun to watch.

I agree 100%, and that's why I don't think we should spend our first pick on a WR unless someone falls to us that we didn't think would stand any chance of being there. RW can replace T.O.'s numbers without a doubt. Witten is Witten, nuff said. Crayton is still here and has more experience. Same thing for Austin and Hurd. Felix, Choice, and Barber can all catch the ball out of the backfield, and Felix is simply a weapon we didn't have in 2007. Bennett is light years ahead of Fasano as far as athleticism and talent go. We should be just as good or even better from a receiver standpoint, but I don't think we'll put up as many passing yards because I think we're going to run the ball more this year and that's a good thing.
