WR vs. Henry

The Cowboys went one of Bosa/Ramsey/Jack in the first and Jerruh decides he wants himself an offensive playmaker in the 2nd. Dallas is on the clock and the Bama RB is on the board along with Corey Coleman out of Baylor and Will Fuller out of ND. Who ya got?

I take local boy Coleman, his game reminds me a lot of Steve Smith and I think he'd be a perfect complement to Dez.

(You can take other RBs and WRs if you want. Pretend only Zeke, Treadwell, Doctson are off the board)

I go Fuller over Coleman. But in this scenario I go Henry.

I have no doubt Dallas would take Henry in that scenario because I don't think the team views WR as a position where it needs anyone.

If the choices are Henry, Fuller or Coleman, I probably go Coleman, Fuller, Henry in that order.

I am not a Henry guy and think there are better options in the 3rd and 4th rounds for good TBs than there are for WRs who can catch and run really fast.

I'd take Fuller there, if those were my three choices.

Just want to clarify this is more for fun. I'd probably be more on board with going double defense in the first 2 rounds (unless Wentz or Zeke is our 1st rounder of course). Also Henry scares me because of his high # of carries in particular. Afraid that body could break down fast I don't care how massive it is.

Number of carries?? Get your facts straight before making decisions. Henry has had 600 touches in his career at Bama. By comparison both Demarco and Dunbar had over 900 at there respective schools. He's not only fresh but he's only 20 years old!

I love Doctson, but I go Henry all day.

Will Fuller has always been my choice,he is the missing link for our passing attack, not sure Romo has the arm strength anymore to take full use of of his speed but it will make our offense complete for our next franchise QB.

No one but Henry is going to grind out long time consuming scoring drives. He is the BPA at this point.

Well, first I'm going to pretend we took Wentz. I understand why you went with the other players as nobody will care about the rest of our picks if we go Wentz in the 1st but I just can not pretend we took a sinful mortal to start things off.

So Wentz was the pick. Now who do we want to bring along to the Super Bowl every year?

Coleman is raw but we've got Dooley so that's a non issue. He gives you that speed dynamic that's rare in the league.

Henry's a scheme specific player who I think may have a Marion Barber-ish career. Where he looks lights out early on and hits a wall when he signs his 2nd contract. He's not much of a receiver either. I'm not a fan. I wouldn't take him with any pick in the 2nd round.

Fuller can get deep but he's too inconsistent and his hands are suspect. I'd be afraid I'm drafting another Terence Williams in terms of disappearing for long stretches in between big games.

Tell Coleman to grab some sandals and write down everything he says.

Id take the rb if i have only those choices, but that would not be my selection assuming all of the other draf eligible players are still alive.

If docston isn't there I hope we go CB if we picked bosa or lineman if we picked Ramsey
I would love to have another wide receiver and pick up Arian foster after the draft. He healthy could be spectacular

If we go wr in the 2nd, I'd be fine with either coleman or fuller. I personally would prefer a CB in 2 and look at Boyd in the third (if he's there for the taking, reports are that he significantly improved his 40 during his pro day).
