"Stuck" means Dallas has to keep him even if they don't want to. Personally, I don't think Dallas wants to get rid of him. I don't know why anyone would. The team isn't stuck with him and his contract doesn't cripple the team.

Therefor, I could care less what he is paid.

You want to see "stuck"? Start looking to Hamlin who got similar money and has been a handicap for a while.
