Wright or Joseph?

As do I....I look at the draft as....basically the lottery. We needed to fix the defense so we used the majority of our picks on defense......will the majority of our picks hit? I don't think so. But, if I take a corner in the 2nd and 3rd round......if I come out of that with one starter and one bust....I'm ok with that. I really don't care how they get players just want them to get them.
If people saw how many 3rd round picks don't pan out(Often don't even make the team), they'd be shocked. If one of our 3rd rounders becomes a competent starter, I'm happy.

Yeah odds say at BEST one of them will at least be a rotational player. It would be nice to get 3 rotational guys at least there.

Jospeh. He has more upside as a scheme versitile player. Skill wise, if he had a bigger resume and less questions he may have been a top 20 pick.

Im really warming up to Wright, but for the question Im going with Joseph

Plus i've not seen a Wright covering hip to hip with heisman and 1st rd pick WR Devontae Smith ..including plucking an INT while covering Smith on a deep fly route. That's no simple feat.

I need names!
Let's get saucy...

Just go to the polls tab at the top of this webpage and a lot of them are there.
Not that I would do that though. I've made many a wrong prediction. We are all guessing.
Unlike the GM, we aren't under a microscope with fans grading every move in hindsight :)

Why would you ever do that?
Ok. I have to get more familiar with the players. I seen times where they take corners and put them at safety. As a matter of fact, the corner that they lost last year as an example.

So that the team could add another CB, duh!
I was just asking the man a question. Didn't know they were that short on corners. Excuse me, Coach Parcells! Will you forgive me just this one time!

It was a joking response to his snark over CB's.

Wright is trash. Dont let Dak’s garbage accuracy fool you

So EVERY Football person and eveyone who’s seen him shine at OTA’s and now TC is wrong. Are you in Oxnard? Have you watched the practices. Dude has been on fire. What’s your expertise? Are you speaking as a fan, or as a scout, or as what????

We obviously as fans want both to do good, that's better for us overall.

But if you had to chose 1 that you would rather see excel more and get the spot opposite Diggs, who would you choose?

Based on what you know about both, what you've seen, or maybe you might just like one more than the other.

Who are you rooting for just a little more?

I have to think Joseph has a higher ceiling based on his draft stick, but I like Wrights story and being from Laney college makes me believe he's got a lot of grit. Hard not to pull for him.

Yes sir! Have you watched Last Chance U? I've been watching the season with his younger brother and Nashon makes a couple appearances. I need to see if he is featured in a prior season. Those boys in Oakland are put through the ringer though. Life isn't easy for them, and making football a reality isn't as simple as the kids that go D1 and get full rides. To come up from that he earns my respect, and to see him competing this early isn't a suprise considering the adversity he has faced.

Joseph on the other hand, simply has all the tools. I dont know his background, but he can be special if he puts it all together.

These guys are easy to root for and dream of big things.

Unless there is something truly wrong w/ his head, Joseph will be a beast of a CB. It's been noted that he has the best skillset in this class. Basically, his problem is simply inconsistency. Needs some work on fundamentals. Which is why he was there in the 2nd. So, it's now up to Quinn. Purely up to Quinn.

While Kentucky did have a good D last season, they were absolutely awful at pressuring the opposing QB, which could explain any travails Joseph had at CB.
