everyone looks at the PC different... everyone picks up on things that really dont stand out to the rest... I wanna know what did u people get from the PC?

here is mine just to start:

Dale Hansen is still pissed about gettin fired!!!

Forget Football Bill knows more about life than anyone I know.

Jerry looked like he did a hit of E with 2 21 year old strippers (watch the PC he keeps rubbin his arm).

BILL is not going to cut KD.

I really think Dale was drunk. He reminds me of Walter Cronkite or Dan Rather after they went insane. Noone would take them off the air, so they just embarrassed themselves as they screeched & screeched about their own agendas. Dale just isn't on that big a stage, but you almost have to look away in pity because he's so pathetic.

I used to work in broadcasting. What I found was the bigger the ego, the lesser the talent. Since Hansen has an ego the size of Texas, well, you can imagine how minimal his talent really is!

Hansen is an idiot -- but me, I want media folks who aren't afraid of Bill and Jerry. His point was that Jerry accomplished a lot as the Cowboy owner -- how could he posibly say that signing TO was among his greatest accomplishments. Take out the drinking jab and it is a decent question.

I'd far rather have someone take a shot at Jerry than give him some sort of softball question.

There's a way to do that & be intelligent about it. It's certainly legit to question whether that's one of Jerruh's 10 greatest accomplishments. Absolutely, he's done a lot as an owner that for now trumps that (if the team does indeed get back to the Super Bowl, then signing TO may bump up a few notches). It just gets stupid, unprofessional, & combative to insult the owner. Altho all he's really done is make himself look foolish, not Jerry--especially the way Jerry handled it.

The problem is that Hansen isnt trying to be the "hard hitting" journalist he is trying to be an *******, as evidenced by the fact that he called coach Parcells "a dick" today after the press conference. Hansen is all about his anti Cowboy agenda, not getting truthful answers or asking legit questions

I'm not sure I'd put those two in the same category, one committed two homicides after years of spousal abuse, the other acted like an idiot. I do agree that both live in denial and it's dragged them down the past decade.

But I do agree with abersonc on wanting journalists who aren't afraid to ask tough questions, so long as it's done the correct way.

That was pretty slick on of Jerry to get that slam in on Dale without actually calling him anything. He basically said, "We both think you are an a**hole and in private we have a pet derogatory name for you that we won't say in public. We know about you and your agenda and have no use for you at all. We are only polite to you to the extent that our positions as public figures dictate."

He said all of that with that one simple aside to Parcells and Hansen came off looking like even more of a jerk…if that is possible.

I agree with these two observations for sure.

Bill is a wise old dude. I get a lot more than just football knowledge when I listen to him.

During the PC, Parcells was much more supportive of Davis than I would have guessed. It surprised me.

I expected Parcells to be more gruff (or at least less supportive) about Davis.
