The Boys are blessed to have a 1-2 punch of Miles Austin and Dez Bryant at WR, not many teams have that kind of talent there... but it hurt badly when Laurent Robinson followed the big bucks out of town, and the Boys seem to be counting heavily on Dwayne Harris, Raymond Radway and Andre Holmes to pick up the slack...

I'm not sure if there's a 3rd receiver in that bunch, though, so I'm looking for some help at WR from this draft, and after... ideally, I'd like a smallish, quick slot receiver who can help out in our return game (which pretty much sucks right now)...

The team doesn't seem to be looking at any WRs early, the highest rated prospects they've shown interest in are Mohamed Sanu from Rutgers and Juron Criner from Arizona... both of these wideouts are bigger types, not really ideally suited for playing in the slot, so I don't know how serious their interest is in these two...

I try not to target any one player too closely, but I'm making an exception for a likely 3rd round prospect, Ryan Broyles from Oklahoma... even though he missed a big chunk of last season with injury, he is the NCAA's all-time leader in receptions with 349... he is perfect for the slot receiver role, and offers some value as a kick returner... if I'm running this draft, I'm targeting him for my 3rd round pick, and keeping my fingers crossed... I'd really like to see this kid in a Cowboys uniform...

The middle rounds are where I look for the action to start at WR, where they'll be picking from among the likes of TY Hilton from Florida International, Jarius Wright from Arkansas or Devon Wylie from Fresno State...

After the draft, the Boys should be looking at some big receivers like Lance Lewis of East Carolina, Toney Clemons from Colorado or Dale Moss from South Dakota State... there are a couple of nice speed receivers worth a look too, Jeremy Ebert from Northwestern and Luther Ambrose from Lousiana-Monroe... Ambrose is a track man who only came into his own as a football player over the last half of last season...

I'd really like to draft Broyles in the 3rd, then add one or two players from the group including Clemons, Moss and Ebert...

I agree on Broyles, likely going in the 3rd but possibly the fourth round. Lots of hype on him at all the other team websites so he is a know commodity so he will have a target on his back. That WR from Rutgers Mohamed Sanu he is a great receiver and would be a better value with a third IMO. You have left off one of my favorite guys and that is Danny Coale (Amendola with speed and stickum for hands) from Virginia Tech possible 5th or 6th rd. Personally I think there is too much value at some of the other positions for our team to take a WR before the fourth rd comp pick. We can really mend some fences these first four rds in this draft. Hoping your correct and we have a choice of Barron, Cox, and DeCastro in the first rd at #14, appreciate your take and opinion on the receivers.
