Wrong. Bledsoe would hold the ball long enough for the mosquito to get angry, fly back to the line of scrimmage, and bite him in the butt, resulting in a lost fumble.

so'k man - just a touchy morning and it's contract renewal time at the office and i need to be crunching numbers anyway.

i'm not ready to jump off a steep cliff because i've given up on the idea of parcells being able to put it together anyway. i think this year or next he'll have had enough and leave and the biggest accomplishment he'll have to point to is he took us to the point that the players we cut wind up on other teams more often so we've got a stronger base.

of that i won't disagree - we do have a better team than before he got here - "in most places". i think we've regressed in qb and wr and are not even trying with the young guys. i think he's ignored our OL more than he has a right to cause his own pick at QB *needs* help he's just not giving him. i don't totally blame drew, i think parcells is putting him in a crappy situation.

for me this is just passing time till we get another coach and i can dive back into hoping "this" could be it. we went into this season with a lot of hopes and dreams and my two biggest complaints were holdovers from the previous year.

1) ignoring solid moves on the OL
2) continuing to try and "shotgun" a superbowl w/aged qb's.

i said years ago bp was more playing for today than tomorrow and i think he's changed that up some, but i don't think he'll ever "finish it up" and get us over the top. i have no faith bledsoe can do it and i have no faith parcells will allow someone else a valid chance to try.

so maybe i jumped off the cliff already - dunno. but i do know i see us as a .500 or a little better team overall and not going into the playoffs - again. *IF* that should happen how many more excuses will bp have? he shelled the team, he put his own D in, jjones gave him more or less full control so this is 100% BP's baby right now and it's just not that pretty.
