I know there are a bunch of media junkies out there that love to create content.
Xiph.Org has started creating tutorials to teach the geeky side of it and have released their first video. If you want to get started in this hobby I'm sure it's a great place to start as well as I'm sure even experienced guys can probably learn something.
Just to note; I have not watched it so I can't speak to it's quality, but these guys are all about media so I would bet it's well done.
