ya know i saw quite a few people say "they think they are america's team". If the cowboys aren't than who is?

"I love that they really are America's Team and that more people like them than any other stupid team out there, I love that they have 5 Super Bowls and have had even more appearances. I love that they have the leading rusher of all time, and that they just inducted MIcheal Irvin over Art Monk. HA HA HA. I love even more how they piss off all other teams fans because how much more they are loved everywhere even in another teams hometown. So those are just a few of the thing I love about the Cowboys, OH WAIT.

It is what I hate most, oh ok. What I hate the most is the sh*tty teams they play with their even sh*ttier fans.

I like to throw in that we have been in 1/5 of all the Superbowls EVER played

It used to be 1/4, but we have sucked recently because of the Salary Cap (thanks the hell alot Jerry), and bad GM decisions on coaches (Thanks again Jerry)

other than that, I like to do the finger count at bars, of how many SB's we have won, and "They" haven't

Not a Commander fan, misguided post on your part.

We have had late season defensive meltdowns factually in past ..... Hopefully Phillips can right that.
 
Seems most of them hate us because we are America's Team. When people are mad about it, as it showed on most of those posts, they never can back it up on how or why we are not America's Team. Jealousy is rampant in that entire discussion. And lol@ that person saying the America's Team should belong to the Saints.
 
Listening to Sirus radio the other morning and heard the story about how The Cowboys became "America's team". Pretty interesting,, and how much coach Landry hated that nickname.

And speaking of Coach Landry,, his middle name was Wade,, maybe that is an Omen of Great things to come under our new coach wade.
 
i live in missouri and like nothing more than to make fun of all the rams and chiefs fans in my office. nothing gets under their skin more than me talking about how you could add both of their teams SB wins and then double it and we would still have more... now that's funny!:lmao2:

True. Coach Landry felt that the nickname only helped fire up the other team. Tex on the other hand loved it and ran with it after NFL Films hung the label on the team. Myself I think it is true and based on TV ratings over the years it shows me that love them or hate them people will tune in to watch the Cowboys
 
The thing I hate most about the Cowboys is those Five Trophies. I mean who In the hell do they think they are. Winning Five Super Bowls.
And while we are at it The whole going to 8 Super Bowls Thing really get's on my nerves. You would think Having The All Time leading Rusher and several All Time Legends would be enough but No Not for these guys No. You would think having one of the all time greatest,most recognizable Coaches ever to grace a sideline (Tom Landry), Having The one of the most Famous Stadiums ever Built would Make these guys rest on their MANY accomplishments to this point But NOOOOOOOO! They go and get an undrafted Qb from a small school in Illinios who makes the Pro Bowl His first year playing, They go and Get T.O one of the Games Most Prolific Wideouts, The Go and Get Ware One of the Games most Intimidating Forces after only Two years of Play. They Have T New A CB so good people seldom throw his way and to top it all off they have this Roy Williams Guy. He's so Bad he lays people out in All Star Games.
I tell I hate those guys, Been Hating them since a kid and will hate them until There's no more football!!!! Damn Cowboys!

Now Where's My Julius Jones Jersey!!!!!!!!!!!!
