Dan Snyder right behind us at #3 is ridiculous. I guess the writer was also praising him when he paid all that money for all the other vets he's brought in and all the receivers.
Either the list is based on great ownership, meaning winning or turning a franchise around or bringing stability, or it is based on great ownership, meaning making lots of money.
The Commanders were always a money organization, and Snyder has simply kept it going and added to it. How he can rank near the top as an owner, even ahead of the Giants, who made a gutsy decision to keep Coughlin in the face of player grumblings led by Tiki Barber, is beyond my comprehension.
Besides making money, what has Snyder done for the Commanders in his years of ownership? He's won nothing, and he hasn't even brought stability to the coaching position, the front office, or anywhere else, nor are they consistantly in the playoffs.
I think having Snyder at #3, along with his reasoning about Jason Taylor, when you consider all the other failed moves in the past, makes this whole list suspect.
