Year of the falling LB

So I haven't seen anyone post regarding recent LB injuries to some other teams during "no contact training". Atlanta has lost their best LB for the year in Weatherspoon. A LB corpes that is most likely worse than what the consensus thinks ours is. Something closer to home MLB Jon Beason was carted off the field today in a Giants "non contact practice". A guy similar to Lee with loads of talent but just can not stay on the field. Anyway just wanted to share as we all know we are not the only team to suffer losing the best LB to injury this year. Must be something in the NFC OTA water though....

It really bites to lose a guy for the whole year, no matter what team he plays for. I don't want to give up on Lee but we have to move on as though he will never play again. He may have a pro bowl year next year, but we can never depend on him.

I'll need this to happen to 29 more teams before I start feeling better about our Lb situation.

I get you. Just wanted to emphasize its not just this team and it does happen. If you compare the boys to ATL I would say they are in a worse situation if you take what I am reading literary. Either way like we talked a week or so ago. Lets see what these kids can bring to the table. I'd rather see that direction vs brining Vilma in like ATL is.

I mostly intended that as tongue and cheek. I too am looking forward to what the youngens will bring.
