In 1983 draft, 5 qbs were drafted becoming starters for their teams for a long time - Elway, Marino, Kelly, Eason and O'brien. 4 of them were superbowl QBs with probably 3 HOF. Only Elway won it all though.

In 2016, you have Dak, Lynch, Wentz starting with Goff who is currently the backup. Kessler is starter for Cleveland.
