Hence why I have Portis above and the word "proven." I never place potential above proof until the potential is met.

I would probably knock the Skins O-line down a grade. Even Heyer who is definitely no better than 5th in this division:rolleyes:. The Skins O-line would have been fantastic 4 years ago but no more. Samuels is just a guy now. Same with Thomas. I probably like Rabach the best out of them.

Interesting since there are only 4 teams in the Division ever since the Cardinals moved out.

Thus the emoticon. I'm very, very down on Heyer after the playoffs last year.

Very nice, Hos!

Question on the Eagles WRs,

Was it K Curtis who had the significant injury problem this off-season?

I know one of their WRs (a top 3 I think) was fairly seriously injured and will miss considerable time.

Yes, Curtis.

Very good list for the most part. Although i would switch:

C- Shaun O'Hara to 2nd and Casey Rabach to 3rd
MLB- Switch Pierce and Fletcher
CB- Aaron Ross will have a big year for the Giants after havin a very nice rookie reason and Spring is on his way down so i would switch them
FS- Love Dawkins but i think this is going to be the year that Landry will be better and by a lot. the kid is a stud! i hated that the skins got him...

#3 WR (added by popular demand)

1. Steve Smith, Giants. One of the best #3 guys in the NFL.
2. James Thrash, Commanders. Wily old vet still helps team.
3. Sam Hurd, Cowboys. Is he #3 when all are healthy?
4. Hank Baskett, Eagles. The word upgrade again.

Are you serious about Steve Smith? I agree he may be the best of that group listed. It isn't that impressive of a group, but he is nowhere near one of the best #3 guys in the NFL after his one season in the league.

What amazes me is the strength at TE in this division. Only the AFC West, who has both Gonzales and Gates, might be as strong.

The AFC North is pretty good as well. They have Heap in Baltimore, Miller in Pittsburgh and Winslow II in Cleveland. None of them are at quite the level as Witten, Gates and Gonzales, but they are pretty good and Dallas faces all three this season.

Didnt the Bengals sign Utecht? I always liked him, he might break out a little

And I agree about Smith, hes still dropping a lot of balls

Good point. I've always thought Heap was pretty good. I thought he was better than Shockey was.

Aaron Ross and Toomer are overrated on this board! Watch the playoff game last year. Even before Ross got hurt trying to tackle Barber the Giants had Corey Webster on him and he did pretty good against TO. If Ross was so good he would've been on TO to start that game. He is way overhyped.

And Crayton pretty much is Amani Toomer but slightly faster. No way hes better than Crayton.

That's why I don't see how Hamlin can be below Landry.

I think Landry has the potential to be the best DB in the division, but he's not there yet. He certainly didn't play at Hamlin's level last year.

That's sort of splitting hairs. There's not a big difference in any of the #2s.

I have Aaron Ross 4th of 4 and that is over rated? How much lower than dead last do you want me to put him?

Well i guess you are just doing it with he starters. Because A Jones>>>Ross. But I never saw what was so good about him. I bet he gets toasted by the Skins sorry bunch on Thursday. Just was never a fan of his game.

If you look at RCB, you will see I have a comment that is about Adam Jones. I don't have Adam at LCB.

It is a position by position look at the starters for all 4 teams. Come on, it wsan't that complicated. Even MichaelWinicki got it. ;)

Oh and BTW, your sig is seriously outdated.

You omitted something.

1) Coughlin: how you like me now?
2) Reid: multiple playoff wins under his enormous belt.
3) Tire Salesman: the clock is ticking, porky.
4) Zorn: welcome to the big leagues.
