Yes, another Jenkins thread

Is anyone else excited that when Jenkins comes back, this defense will be that much better? On top of that, add in Ratliff and more experience for Mo, this defense has the potential to be top 3.

I know some say he is soft, slacker, whatever but the truth is..he needs to play well to get his next contract(for big bucks) and I think he will. With this win tonight, it might even add more motivation for him to participate mentally.

I may still be high on victory (and my cabernet) but I am excited about the defensive possibilities this season.

Once Jenks gets healthy and in game shape, this will definitely assist us, especially if we get an injury.

Mike has skills, he just needs to get in game shape and to learn the defense with more precision!

I am. I thought about it several times last night. Regardless of what anyone says about Jenkins, I know that he is a playmaker. He also has pride in himself, so after seeing how Carr and Claiborne played last night, I have no doubt that when he does get to play that he will give it his best to show the world that he is a top tier CB, too. That can only be good for the Cowboys.
