What is a fan exactly? I probably pay attention to the cowboys more then 75% of these people on this board. I watch the cowboys more then the packers and Im done venting about my packers, i have had over a month to do so unfortunately. Im here for some intelligent conversations about the cowboys (my second favorite team to watch), and to give my two cents on the cowboys. Everything I say is either factual or if it is an opinion then it is shared by much of the cowboy fanbase.

Romo is among the many players here that: a) needs to look in the mirror and figure out if he's going about his business the right way; and b) needs better coaching.

Getting rid of him, however, is not the answer. He's clearly a big part of our December meltdowns, but there's no alternative in sight and it's in our best interest to give him a little more time. If he were average all season long, I wouldn't be so supportive. But his continually superb showings in September through November shows he has something, which is why I say it's in our best interest to see if that will ever translate to December and January.

So you give Romo 1 MORE YEAR, then cut ties.

I'll admit I'm hesitant to sign such an agreement. I'll also admit if another year goes down similar to the last three -- a sensational start for Romo, followed by Quincy-esque showings from December on -- it will be difficult to justify giving him another year.

would we bring Mike Vick here? Sure he can run and can throw bullets but there's no accuracy in his throwing. His career average is 53%. Rookies Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco both averaged over 60%. Also, why would we want to add a football dumb person to the team. We have enough of those already. Pacman and Flozell are primary examples of dumb players who make dumb mistakes in a consistent fashion.

Mike Vick? Please. We have enough distractions as it is.

What an idiot...I personally like Romo but if yall didnt have unreasonable expectations and thinking he was the next Troy Aikmen yall might not be so dissapointed in him. Hes is not the problem, he is an above average quarterback and in the top tier in the nfl. Hes just not a 'superstar' like everyone thought.

I'm not ready to send Romo packing yet. He does however need help in improving his decision making and ball security skills. Fans are just tired of his "everything is ok" attitude.. MV... Now that's funny.

For the record, MV is a dog-killing WR playing QB. He has barely over a 50% career completion percentage.

Vick could not carry Romo's jock strap and while Vick is snuggling with Bubba every night Romo is banging Jessica.
