YES!!!!!! The EVIL bulichek empire falls!!!

One possibility: if the Pats had made it to the SB and won, they'd be 4 out of 6, and one closer to us. There's already 3 teams with 5 wins, so if we don't hurry up, we're going to start falling behind, which never sits well in these parts. And one of Parcells' ex-assistants would have won again, which adds some more wood to the Parcells debate.

But the bigger possibility is that Bellichick and Brady's personalities rub some people the wrong way. Funny how much crap was made of Manning's histrionics behind the o-line before we played them, and now we get to watch it in the SB. Oh well, lesser of two evils I guess.

At least we lead in appearances, and tied for wins. It's anybody's guess how soon we break that tie.

so good to see the jerk lose...

those kids of his roaming the sidelines are hard to take.

This is funny. Your hatred of Bellichik's success reminds me of all the jealous losers who hated the Cowboys for our success.

I'm happy for Dungy and Smith. Both deserve to coach in the Super Bowl. But that doesn't undermine Bellichik's success. The guy's a HoF coach ... more so than our our HoF coach.

Yes...Captain Buttchin and General Mumbles goes down.:laugh1:

If BB and company had been willing to shell out for some better WRs it might have been different. When it came down to crunch time the bargain basement WRs they had could not make the plays.

I agree, they will go into the offseason, add one or two guys and find a receiver who doesn't drop championship game winning wide open TD passes, and be right back to the SB...I don't know that this loss means "the dynasty" is over.

The dynasty definitely appears to be crumbling. The Pats are 2-2 in their past two playoff games, gave up a lot of points in the last two, had four picks thrown by Brady in the last two games, and made AFC Championship Game history by blowing an 18 point lead. The aura of invincibility is now gone.

Exactly.

I can't believe some of you guys. I'm happy for Dungy and Peyton but I also give tons of credit to BB for keeping that team in the top-tier of the league year after year.

I guess the initial post is going right over the heads of some people.

BB is a jerk because he does things like when he shoved the cameraman recently, and last night he hardly even raised his hand to P. Manning.

His post game interview on the field was pathetic. He is a sore loser, .. a bully. Good when he wins, not so much when he loses.

I do like Brady though.

Yes I thought that was pretty lame as well.

However I thought I heard Manning say that Brady, Mumbles and even Scott Pioli (sp?) Congratulated him back in the tunnel or locker room.

I saw a lot of the Patriots stop and talk to Manning, .. more than just saying good game.

I think many were genuinely happy for Manning. He kicked their butts that day.

BB just didn't accidentally not shake Mannings hand, that was intentional.

Low class.

His post game interview with Solomon Wilcox was pathetic.

After it they went back to the studio and Marino and Esiason where holding their hands up and Esiason actually said "what was that" and shook his head...even they thought it was pathetic.

Myself I could care less...but it sure was good to see Belichik so down.

And you're right about Belichik not shaking Manning's hand.

I hadn't seen that.

The videos are on the right side, you can watch it. Hilarious stuff - I wish I could see the reactions you're talking about.

The SB is now watchable for me not have the Pats in there.

I would have taken the hose if I had to listen to the nonsense about winning 4 this decade or "Brady's magic" or about the goofball's kids.

It was right after they cut away from that interview...James Brown starts talking while Marino and Esiason hold up their hands and you could here Esiason say "What was that".

I played it back a few times to make sure I heard him right because it wasn't that easy to hear. But you could tell he was disgusted.:D

I saw the interview, I made a comment towards BB, and then I saw Esiason say, "What was that?"

I don't care for Esiason that much, but I got a kick out of that !

He's definitely a protege of Parcells, ain't he?

Pure gold in post-game interviews...especially losses.
