Exactly. Everyone is complaining about what we have as coaches. Yet how people are missing that HUGE letdown is beyond me.

At least Shanahan shows some emotion during the game! Wade just stands there with his "aw shucks" attitude! I honestly, and I mean this, I can't remember if I have ever seen him cop an attitude towards the players...or the refs?
