The way the NFL does their throwbacks is ****ing ridiculous.

They have throwbacks for about 2 months of the season. They are not throwbacks when they are worn all the damn time.

1 week for throwbacks, entire league at the same time.

Yeah, with as ticky tack as the league is with uniforms, I'm surprised it allows the current throwback structure to exist. I like the idea of a "throwback Sunday" versus the current hodge podge that exists.

I kind of like them. They really bring to mind a previous era of football. So many "throwback" jerseys are just an excuse to wear hideous uniforms. These actually are a throwback to an early time. I'd way rather teams do this than just recycle their previous generation uniform that has one or two differences from the uniforms they wear now.

But overall I wish teams would use more simple old school-style uniforms. I think a lot of the newer ones look too Arena Footballish.

I actually like the Jets throwbacks. They're classy looking.

The Bills, Chargers, and Cowboys are the only other ones I like.

The Commanders throwbacks they wore in '08 were pretty sweet, as were the '03 throwbacks under Spurrier.

The Chargers Powder Blues are by far the best.

I like the look of 'em, although I think they'd look better if the circular yellow background for the numbers matched the tone of the pants.
