Hopefully we aren't given a chance next week again. I love the underdog role.

I think it was a test, one of many you have during a season. And they passed with flying colors
I expected the offense to play a good game but the pressure from the d wasn't. really something that could really complete this team if they can keep that going

Took us beating Seattle to get to 5-1 before anybody believed we were actually THAT good in 2014, including alot of us lol (me included)....Im definitely convinced after today, but Im still gonna be nervous as hell about GB. Gonna assume a loss, that way a win makes it more fun anyway. But if we do lose, 4-2 at the bye is still pretty friggin sweet, even if we had Romo and Dez every game.

"The Bengals!?! They have a losing record! That's no test!"

(They have a losing record because we beat them. Had they beaten us, they'd have a winning record.)
Plus they lost to a division opponent in the Steelers in the defending superbowl Champs in the Broncos. 2 tough teams for sure

This is a two part test for EVERYONE, even Zeke and Dak. Play like this again next week against the Packers, and we have something. If our running game gets shut down and Dak plays poorly, I will look back and start to think it's either a fluke game or our schedule has been easy.

Good game though deflated by 4th quarter stupidity.

Shut up

This team is legit. I'm going total homer right now. The O-Line showed today it is the best. They dominated the game. I loved watching Zeke just blast through them holes. The pass rush was back!! Davis looked good and I seen Lawrence getting some pressures. The offense would of scored again except the fumble happened and I know Terrance didn't fall on the ball like he should of but he was good today. He's better then Butler. I know some people might disagree but Butler has done nothing to pass him as the number 2. Just a great win and I don't want to hear that they haven't played anyone.

Don't forget we need Romo for a vertical passing game.
Why? Prescott went 18/24 for 228 yards, a 9.13 yard average, and he threw for 1-TD. His leading receiver was Williams with 5/70. Second receiver was Beasley with 4/53 and 1-TD.
The kid is doing it on the field, yet you guys still think that some guy sitting on the bench can do it better.

As dominant as the offense was, the defensive showing gives me real hope for the season. We were all hoping DLaw's return would significantly raise the play of the whole DL and whoa momma, did it ever!

'Well this game proved the Bengals aren't really a good football team right now....you Dallas homers will have to wait until you go up to Lambeau next week to play the Packers to get a REAL test!"

It's coming. You KNOW it's coming. All week long you'll be hearing it!

And I'm gonna love every minute of it when we go up to Lambeau and kick their butt.

It was a test and they flat out aced it. Nice to see the Cowboys playing well at home again and showing a lot of team spirit.

Romo won't.
