You could argue the defense didn't really give up a scoring drive

On the first possession of the game, Seattle hit the big play deep into our territory, but it was a blatant pick not called. The D held to a FG. Every other score came off a turnover/short field. After the first possession of the game, the furthest out Seattle started a scoring drive was our 40 (held to a FG).

stunning performance, really

The defense was outstanding. Except for one run, Lynch was held in check. Harvin was non-existant. The only play they got downfield was an obvious illegal pick. And the d-line was disciplined rushing Wilson, not allowing open running lanes that he could exploit.

Just a great performance all round.

Which begs the question of why we keep turning the ball over. That's gonna bite us in the behind sooner or later. D. HARRIS I'm talking to you........

I want to say the last part to Harris and Mr. 29

You don't give up a blocked punt for a TD in Seattle and win.

You don't muff a punt inside your 20 in Seattle and win.

Dallas did both of those things today (along with the bad snap) and won. That's a testament to how thoroughly Dallas dominated on both sides of the ball today.

This *IS* a different team. Whether it's the play calling or the trust in the o-line or the new D coordinator, they are trusting in the process and going out and just executing play after play. Seemingly gone are the days of trying to erase all the mistakes in one play, which has always led to even more and worse mistakes.

If it weren't for the cowboys beating themselves we'd be undefeated right now

The most impressive stat of the game to my mind: Russell Wilson, 2 rushes, 12 yards.

Insane performance by this defense. Physical, fast... just awesome.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I see how tenacious they played today. They looked prepared for anything and everything Seattle threw at them.

What's more is we still subbed in and out youth the whole time, for better or worse- this team intends to do what it wants with the personnel on deck, regardless of game situation- not afraid to use ANYone on the roster despite reputation or draft standing. It's a no-fear philosphy when the Heath's, Hitchens, and Patmons are on the field in the 4th Quarter. Every guy is getting a shot to play, and make plays.

Confidence in the locker room has to be absolutely soaring. Plus- we will be ADDING talent here in a few weeks with Carter and Lawrence back in the fold.

Just so incredibly proud of the Cowboys tonight. It appears the FO has learned from it's mistakes and it's nice to silence social media and the mediots who have done their best to pummel the Cowboys reputation as a franchise into the floorboards.

containment is the key to stopping the kid. he doesn't want to stand in the pocket that isn't his game. eliminate his monkeyball game and and he is just an average QB maybe even below-average. Commanders just lacked the discipline to contain and hold their lanes and where going for the hero play and ended up chasing Wilson like he was Pac-Man.
