One other thing that they are close in is....

Chokes.

The only real difference is Peyton's teams haven't really choked ON THE WAY TO THE PLAYOFFS. They choke IN THE PLAYOFFS.

Romo's teams choke ON THE WAY TO THE PLAYOFFS.

Peyton and Romo's failures are a lot closer than you think.
You can dissect how different they are but the only real difference is one was #1 pick and one was undrafted.

That should actually be a "compliment" for Tony.

Peyton will do it (throw game losing pick(s))again,.... Real soon.

There is one big difference.
One has a ring.

And the Media will remain silent. Just as they generally are on Eli's epic turnover fest this year

Nope, no cue one has a ring from me. I have always believed this to be the case and have mentioned it to people before and they look at me like I just sprouted another head. For some reason Peyton Manning slides under the radar when it comes to his choke jobs and he has actually had choke jobs where he did not play well at all in their losses. Romo on the other hand will play good and then destroy the good at the end whereas Peyton will start and end bad. I think it is a pedigree type of deal but this goes all the way back to his college days. Very unfair to Romo but then again I don't care about comparisons, Romo needs to stand up on his own and do the damn thing.

Um everyone has been critical of Eli's horrific season this year, the difference between Romo & Peyton is while he does throw the critical pick he also puts together more game winning drives and has an incredible knowledge of the game.

If it was Romo they would be interrupting the presidents state of the union address for breaking news out of Arlington Texas. Not the case for Eli.

Kind of an odd post. Sure, they both share some choking, no doubt about that. With that said, one is tremendously better than the other. I would not be surprised if Peyton leads his team to a super bowl this year. Only thing stopping him in my mind is that teams defense. How many times has Peyton lead his team to the playoffs and been a massive reason his team was so successful? How about Romo? Romo ONLY shares choking with Peyton, but he doesn't share the success that Peyton has achieved.

One will be a hall of famer and known as one of the greatest QB's of all time, and the other will known as just a choker that put up some good regular season stats.

Peyton is way better than Romo. Regardless of his ring, he's leaps and bounds better.

But only 1 ring better and he still has a lot of "choke" jobs in significant spotlight games or games that matter most, but I doubt its because of big TV audiences. One could actually make the case that Peyton has had more significant chokes than Romo.

If the story ended now this is the reputations both will have. But the story is finished yet.

What if Romo does get a ring or two before he rides off into the sunset?

What if Peyton chokes again this year in the playoffs?

Peyton can do things Romo can't. Romo can do things Peyton can't. Romo doesn't have a brother playing for another NFL team. Peyton does. Peyton has a ring. Romo doesn't.. Romo loves backwards caps. Peyton doesn't. Both are men. Both are QBs. Romo no round, Peyton first round.

Now the real difference/comparison between the two.

Romo and Peyton are both choke artist, yes.

They both look like sad puppies when they jack up(all qbs do).

Romo has Jerry Jones as GM. Peyton had Bill Polian as GM.

Now you're on to something.

Peyton wears his hat the direction he wants to go in life!

LOL! My dad wears a backwards cap. My brothers all wear their caps backwards. I do. My cousins do. How am I moving backwards in life? The kicker, all educated, all working, all progressing. How does this fit into your agenda? I should not wear black socks because, they are dark, dark is associated with evil. White socks are bright and will guide you to the light(the good).

With that being said, you couldn't possibly believe what you posted. So, I laugh with you at your jest. It's funny.;)
