With the runners arms moving in the natural motion and then starting to pull up to avoid or soften the hit....it looks like the runner just gives the girl a forearm to the jaw.

Jacked up is a good title for the thread but I also think of the song BOOM, here comes the BOOM because of the great Roy video.

Are you getting that backwards?

It is in .Gif format not .BMP format right now.

Normally animated images like that are either in .GIF format.....or they are in video formats.
