I'm not sure about the pass rush concern yet (I'm not judging it based on what we've seen in the preseason), but I hated zone last year, and I'll hate it more this year if they don't go to more man coverage. I think they got at least 4 CBs that can handle it, and that's their best 4. To me, it only makes sense to ease up on the zone a little and feed into the players strengths.

I'm a little more worried about the run d, personally. It seems when we rotate our d-lineman they just seem to be getting bullied. I hope it's just an aberration in the preseason and not a lingering trend...

I sure hope that defense brings it better than what it did after the 1st quarter... They moved the ball down the field on a regular basis.

They had one drive for a TD after the 1st qt. Against the starters that is.Most starters was in there until the end of the 3 qt. They had another one in the 3qt but had to kick a field goal. The also forced them to kick a fg after the Stanback fumble on the 35. THey gave 309 total yds which is about what we gave up last year which was top 10. This is preseason and they did none to very little game planning. I was actually impressed with the D.
