You guys realize Bledsoe could have easily thrown 5 picks yesterday?

I'm not sure him going down at the half would have caused a worse result.

hah I'm not so sure either, but I meant him being injured is not a *good* thing. I'm not ready to release Bledsoe and declare Romo the QB either though. I think testing the transistion should start this year though.

Well, I am following that same logic and simply pointing out that he COULD have "hypothetically" also thrown 4 TD's had he not overthrown one pass, underthrown another and get one taken off due to penalty.

The underthrown pass down the right sideline that was almost picked off COULD have been an easy TD for T.O. had Bledsoe thrown out further in front of him. T.O. had to slow down and that caused the CB to gain position and almost pick it off.

I am not giving credit to anyone for anything. It is "what it is".

I am pointing out that if you're going to take a stance of "Well he COULD have thrown five picks, then you also need to look at how close he was to throwing 4 TD's as well.

Anyone who cannot look at the whole picture really stands out as having an agenda behind their comments rather than objectivley looking things.

To all of us, that's not a defense of Bledsoe. It's a further indictment of his play. Because not only did he have three interceptions and *could have* had as many as five, but he also overthrew and underthrew sure touchdowns.

Well yesterday's performance is impossible to defend. As I said, IT is "what it is".

I was just trying to make the point that opportunities were there that if Bledsoe just guaged better could have been REALLY good for the team.

Either way he did not make the completions and it's all a mute point.

I must say that I bet the outcome of those two passes would have been different had T.O. practiced all training camp.

Bledsoe is still trying to learn his speed and timing.

Well, if you're going to go there then you have to also acknowlegde that he could have easily thrown 4 TD's as well.

1. The one down the right sideline that was underthrown (T.O. beat the CB)

2. the one he threw that was CALLED BACK

3. T.O wide open down the middle that if not overthrown, walk in TD

4. The TD he threw to T.O. that stood.

I am all for holding players accountable but you cannot be one sided about it.

Quick note: Bledsoe was solely responsible for 24 points in Jax favor and thats not acceptable.

1. Underthrown ball to JJ should have been 7, but we got three.
2. Missed pass to T.O. that should have been 7
3. Both Ints were converted into TDs by Jax.

He had better get his eyes off of T.O and start taking advantage of what our other weapons can do. Get rid of the damn ball, period. And that doesn't mean to the other team.
