You have to hit your stride in Nov/Dec

We are putting up 30 points a game and the offense looks like it's getting there. You don't win getting on a streak in September/October but in Nov and Dec. We should know that from the past. If I recall right the Falcons were about where we are right now last year and hit stride the last 2 months. The last time the Steelers won the Super Bowl they were 3-4 after 7 games. All we have to do is get one more defensive stop per game. Now that Hitchens and Irving are back we should get that down the road. Throw Sean Lee into that mix to. If we have Sean Lee do we win the last 2? It's worth an argument. I think we have 3 games that we could lose the rest of the way the 2 philly games and the Falcons. The Raiders aren't as good as thought. We match up good vs KC because Smith doesn't take chances. Seattle can't score. The Giants and Chargers are bad. I think we're better than Washington.

Last and not least, these rookies are getting valuable time now that could help us in Nov and Dec. The season is not over by any means. I know we have very average coaches but eventually our talent will prevail like last year.

Have to win enough games to get in the tournament

We have to win 7 out of the next 11 a relatively difficult schedule

Hit your stride to 8-8!! That’s what a JG coached team is good at

By the end of Nov we'll be out of playoff contention.

At least our offense was more reminiscent of 2016 and Dak is finding his rhythm.

Even if we do you really think this team on defense and it’s coaches can do anything in the playoffs.

This team needs to go 10-6 to get a playoff spot.

They need to go 8-3.

Hitting their stride in November isn’t going to be good enough.

You do have to play your best ball at the end of the year.

No question.

The problem is you can't play completely garbage ball the first 2 months prior that cause then you're going to be in no position for playing your best in November/December to matter.

Except to Jerry Jones cause if they start out 3-8 and then come roaring back to 8-8 at years end with 5 late seasons victories it's enough for him to sell himself, and others, on keeping Garrett cause his 'rookies' learned a lot and you could really tell by the end of the year they were getting it.

It's always the same. Use whatever tactic necessary to make it seem like this team is turning a corner, learning, getting it. Only to see that it's the same average, to slightly above average team, it's been for nearly a decade.

Does 10-6 even make the playoffs ? I hope so, but that's 8 wins. Very hard

Love the spirit, but find me a way we go 8-3 with this schedule. I'm a super homer, but this turkey is looking pretty cooked right now. Would love to be proved wrong.

You can't hit a stride in November if play is like a torn hamstring in October.
