So a fellow Cowboys fan just came up to my office and asked about a trade involving Tony Romo. He said a 49ers fan told him we were offering Tony Romo for Phillip Rivers.



I asked him if he felt one leg was longer than the other. I don't know what is dumber, him for believing it or the 49ers fan for thinking it up.

I had to assure him that was absolute nonse 3 times before he was finally convinced he'd been had.

i came to the conclusion that they think you ment the 9ers would trade us rivers for romo. but your co-worker was told by a 9ers fan that we were trading romo for rivers correct?

Sometimes I just can't believe some of the rumored trades that people actually think are legit. Why are fans so prepared to believe any dumb rumor about the Cowboys? Shoot, there's nobody in the NFL I'd trade Romo (28) for -- including Peyton Manning (32) & Tom Brady (30) -- since I really believe this is our year & Romo will be the Super Bowl MVP who leads us into our new stadium.
