Some people say the biggest growth of a player in the NFL comes between year 1 and 2. What Cowboy(s) do you think will take that leap?

I think Sam Williams will be that guy.

I'm hoping Damone Clark makes the leap, but it may take another season.

If Williams, Clark, Bell.Joseph and Cox can take a step in the right direction than this roster gets deep quickly.
Would like to see an OL emerge, like Waleltzco or Farniok.
I know thats aking a lot, but wouldnt that be special.

Cox has been invisible after that first big injury. Hopefully something clicks for him soon.

Tyler, Sam, Bland, Tolbert and Clark. I expect them to cause problems for the opposing team.

I hope Diggs takes the next step to best CB in the league with teams testing him to avoid Gilmore.

The answer to this question this question each of the last two years, for me, has been Gallimore.

I’m not about to go jinxing anyone else but the lack of development by him has been a major problem.

I really thought he would develop into something decent.

Hendershot on offense will pass Ferguson and be the starting TE unless we draft a guy like Kincaid.

Sam Williams hopefully will earn the starting RDE spot and be the monster that teams with Parsons to take this defense to elite level.

Those are my pet cats for the upcoming season.

Osa and Fergy. Osa looked much improved in year 2 and I think this year we’re going to see his best version now that he’s had a chance to get stronger for the postion.

Ferguson will take a massive leap just do to volume and likely being the starter/

Bland as well. I like the Sam Williams pick too.

Yes, Ferguson is a good one. I liked him more than Schultz last year anyway. Dude has a lot of potential and may be the reason we don't go TE in round 1.
