Young players you think take a big leap forward this year?

Hendershot / Ferguson / Steele

And Diggs. Why? He had one ball hawk season with many interceptions but got burned on so many plays. And he has had a more "under the radar" kind of season but with better zone play.

Now if he finds the middle ground there and stops making business decisions he will be in business. :)

Some people say the biggest growth of a player in the NFL comes between year 1 and 2. What Cowboy(s) do you think will take that leap?

I think Sam Williams will be that guy.

I'm hoping Damone Clark makes the leap, but it may take another season.
Good post and good picks. I will say Williams and Clark would be my top 2 guys. I will go out on a limb and say Tolbert and Joseph will also be better. Tolbert because he was terrible last year. He is better than that. Joseph because IMO his career is in line line.

He's not exactly young but it's his 1st year starting. I'll say Pollard leads the league in rushing and combined yards.

Jalen Tobert ! How much worse can it get anyway?! It's easy to go from the doghouse to out of doghouse. He doesn't have to make the pro bowl. Just have to stay on active roster on game day. LOL!

I'd like to see Clark become the answer to what our LB corps needed in the middle. It'd give Parsons the freedom to roam as he needs to.

Sure would be nice to see one of the LBs we drafted actually develops into a good starter. Can't even remember one...outside first round....Shawn Lee!

Williams, Bland, Cox, Ferguson, Hendershot, Tolbert, Wright, Joseph, OSA, Clark, Mukuamu—lotsa young talent. If HALF of those guys take a step up, we’re going to be DANGEROUS!

Sam Williams, Clark, Fergeson or hendershot whichever stays healthy the longest, Tyler if they don't move him around too much.

Jalen Tolbert may be able to double his production from 2 receptions to 4
What a huge disappointment he was. He better hope he has a good camp and preseason or he may not make the team. Being a third round pick the Cowboys will give him every opportunity.
