Tough team loss yesterday... figured we would take our lumps this year as the young D goes through this makeover. Not here to sugarcoat anything about yesterday's loss at all.
Did not expect the offense to regress this much-- but we are taking our lumps there too it seems.
The good news is that we will be playing better football as the season wears on due to young guys growing and maturing, and getting injured or suspended players back.
This team misses Lee and Hitchens in a big way-- hopefully we can exact revenge against the Pack this Sunday, rest up on the bye-- and then come out swing against the 49ers on 10/22.
We could be looking at 4-2 and a new start to the season later this month... have some faith in the young team to step up and get better down the stretch.
