Trade Carp. to the Phins for 3rd and 6th

Draft: Trade both 1st, to move up to 5th pick, and draft McFadden

FA: Starks - OT
Springs - CB (I would love Trufant, but probably too expensive)
Gay - CB (allows Henry to move to FS)

Resign Barber and Canty to cap friendly long term deals. Keep Fergy and let Glenn go if he needs the micro. on his knee.

You'd lose Flo, Hamlin, Glenn (depending on knee), and Killa.

The biggest loss would be Hamlin, but I'm not sold on him being worth top 5 safety money.

Glenn is done. Jerruh has all but said so,

We need Hamlin to stay. Our secondary can't afford to lose him.

No to McFadden. Don't expect Miami to want our first round picks, and besides, we don't need him. MBIII is the man we need with a speed back as a change of pace. Chris Jonson is what we need. A kick returner that can play tailback.

The only thing to consider in FA is CB.

Flo can go only if Free, Marten or McQ can step in. Why pay for a FA to replace a FA? If we have to sign Flo to a three eyar deal, do so. There isn;t anyone in FA that is better. Younger, yes, better, no. We supposedly have youngsters that will eventually step in.

Oh My God. Will we have enough cap space to fit 53 guys in the cap? Better question, will we even be able to fit 63 guys in for training camp?

Asante Samuel, 2 first rounders, 2nd rounder, Barber, Hamlin, Canty maybe Adams. Then filling the roster out with scrubs.
