I submit most of the RB class will still be available in the fourth rd, most likely Hyde,Hill, Sims, and Tre Mason will have left the menu in the second and third rds.

TE Colt Lyerla Oregon (if he's there at 254 we should honestly take a hard look, I know he's red flag city but Jerry has proven he's willing to provide any of his players with the assistance and guidance they need. This kid if he keeps his nose clean (pun intended) has a Jimmy Graham skillset.)

Please add red flag city to Isiah Crowell RB, might be best talent of the bunch.

1. Without the comp picks, the 4th would start at #97. I would look at anybody ranked #97 or later here: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings/2014/all

2. You said "play early". That would seem to remove some injured players from the list. Is Spencer Long ready? Somebody mentioned Brandon Thomas, who definitely isn't ready.

I think we'd be making a mistake if we don't take Brandon Thomas. I'd be safe and take him in the 4th. He's a 1st round talent. He might miss this entire season but he'd step in as the starting RT next year. I'd definitely take Brandon Thomas. Not so sure if I'd spend anything higher than a 7th rounder on Aaron Lynch though. I think mental issues are harder to "correct" than anything. His issues seem to be more than something that can be coached out of him. Hate to say it, but sometimes when someone has something off in their head, they'll probably never make it.

I honestly haven't heard any updates on Spencer, but given when he tore his ACL I would have to imagine that he would at worst start off on the PUP list. There should be an * next to him saying: *can play early, when fully healthy.
