Your Favorites in Dallas

I am flying in for a game this year. It has been almost 20 years since I last lived in Dallas, and just about that long since I last visited Dallas. What are your favorites for the following ( I will be staying in the Stemmons/mcKinney area):
Lunch?
Dinner?
Nightlife?
Sportsbar (college games on Saturday)?
"can't miss while visiting Dallas" place?

Thanks. Will be there with 2 old friends who are also huge fans of the Cowboys. Can't wait!

McKinney and Lemon area has everything for you then. Lunch/Dinner/Sports bars/ and Night life...

well in the Plano/Addison area there is a restaurant called Houston's. It is kinda pricy, but the food is good. I especially liked their spinach/artichoke dip.

Humberdinks is a decent sports bar.

Since I am not from the area, those are really the only two places I know.

If they have an El Chico up there....the taco salad is awesome and huge.
