For me it would most definitely have to be Merton Hanks. Nothing was more painful than having that guy intercept and run it in for a toucdown, doing his chicken head thing. He should have been shot. To add insult to injury, he was born here in Dallas. :(
no...not E.T. :laugh2:

I used to give a friend of mine a ton of grief about this guy back in the superbowl years...

No list is complete without Diron Talbert.

Yeah I TO was my most hated player for awhile too, for obvious reasons. It kind of made sense for him to go to the Eagles, since that is my most hated franchise. That way things were simplified and I could focus in my hate all in one place. I hate the Eagles the most because of all our players they injured, and for their crappy fans cheering when Irvin was carted off.

Hanks is a good choice and I'd also have to throw Jack Lambert in there. But to be honest, before Terrell Owens came to Dallas it was definitely him.

Pretty much all of the Steelers from the '70's, the 49ers from the '80's and Terrell Owens.

I would probably have to put Owens at the top, because even with the Star on his helmet, I still can't stand the guy.

That's a first for this hardcore Cowboy apologist.

Theezman, hands down. The only guy I know that hates him more is my buddy and fellow Cowboys fan. He has said multiple times that he hated when LT broke his leg because he was the one who wanted to do it.

How can any self-respecting Cowboys fan who watched this team in the late 1970s-early 1980s not abhor Joe Theismann?

So is Satan.

It doesn't make you hate him any less.

Theismann is the alpha and the omega.

A loathesome smelly turd wearing burgundy and gold.

You cannot get much worse.

there's alot for you to remember, seeing that you're 130 years old

so we never hold it against you if you let a nugget slip

Do not feel bad.

There have been some very very close.

Steve Young came close.

The problem now is that players are so transient, you can hardly identify them with teams anymore. They become personalities. That makes it lose the flavor because regardless of what we think we know about these players, we really don't know.

Case in point how much of this board went hysterical over Terrell Owens.
