He's a bit of a project (Dickinson) but he also has a lot of upside. Nill came from the Red Wings and has ran their drafts for 15 years. They are known for leaving players in the minors for a long time; but when they come out you usually have one hell of a player. At first I was like "Who?" but the more I have read the more I can understand the pick. It sounds like he needs to add some strength onto his frame but he has the height to project very well in size. High-risk high-reward player.

Pretty much any pick outside of the top 10-15 is basically a project in the NHL anyway. Some years even the end of the top 10 are projects.
