So you think there's only one NFL team that cheats? You're wrong. All 32 NFL teams cheat. Yup, even your favorite team is a dirty cheater, but since they are not that good, nobody really cares.

In our case, most of those are either dumb, or on the individual players. I'd say not much to see here.

Like a politician.

They all have skeletons. When dumb enough they get caught/exposed.

Moral? Don't be dumb TWICE!?

That had to be the stupidest article I've read in a long time. Half of those were league wide speculation at best. At least one of the Cowboys specifically states it was not against the rules, but we're gonna ring you because it should have been? What kinda crap is that. And as mentioned above, we are gonna attribute not adhering to collusion as cheating just because a punishment was issued is beyond absurd. With respect to the salary cap item, no rule was broken and therefore no cheating occurred. This had to have been created by some butt hurt Pats fan.

Partygate (2014) http://**************.com/static/img/flag.pngto top ⤴home ⇐awards ⤵
TEAM: The Dallas Cowboys

SEVERITY:http://**************.com/static/img/1-cameras.png

SUMMARY: A TMZ video showed Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and son Stephen Jones, the team's executive vice president, partying with coeds outside the Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Los Angeles. In and of itself, not a big deal. However, one of the Jones' invited guests raised many eyebrows around the league.

As CBS' Jason La Canfora pointed out, NFL head of officiating Dean Blandino was with them on the bus, which certainly represented a conflict of interest. La Canfora spoke to several team officials from around the league who expressed concern about the image of Blandino in a social situation with two high-profile Cowboys execs, which could raise the question of competitive balance in the NFL.

Said one anonymous team official to La Canfora: "That's definitely Dean. Is the league trying to tell you it's not him? What is the league telling you guys about it? That looks horrible. I can't think of another owner in the league who wouldn't be pissed off after seeing that."

VICTIM: The entire league

PUNISHED? No but ... it's more probable than not that this was cheating

PUNISHMENT: The perception, no matter how weakly backed, of the Cowboys receiving beneficial calls from NFL officiating is not helpful, especially with party-bus-attendee Blandino acknowledging that Dallas got away with an uncalled penalty in their 2015 Wild Card game against the Detroit Lions.

Some of that stuff is garbage, but some of them are pretty telling. Stuff like Headset Tampering and of course Spying is all over the place. Thought this section was good:
Said former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Bill Cowher, "We had people that always tried to steal signals. Stealing someone's signals was a part of the game, and everyone attempted to do that." Admitted former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson: "When I came into the NFL, back in 1989, I talked to a Kansas City scout and he said, 'Here's what we do, we videotape the opposing team's signals and then we sync it up with the game film.' So I did it." Bragged, former Denver Broncos head coach Mike Shanahan: "Our guy keeps a pair of binoculars on their signal-callers every game, with any luck, we have their defensive signals figured out by halftime. Sometimes, by the end of the first quarter."

Every team cheats, but only one seems to be getting caught, over and over the last decade.

It's a website created by and for butthurt Pats fans. It's no surprise they regard themselves as middle of the road cheaters, and the Steelers, Broncos, Colts, Ravens, Jets, and Giants as THE BIGGEST CHEATERS EVAR!!!!

I put this is another thread but it's something that crossed my mind. I have been a fan since 1975. Loved the teams through then, the 80s, 90s, etc. the 90s teams were incredible...as we all know...but there was that party stigma that bothered me because it was a few guys vs a lot of good guys who did nothing wrong. But in the case of Irvin and some others there were drugs, the White House, etc. After we beat Favre in the NFC Championship game in 95 Irvin got on TV and was cussing and a mess. The guy had coke issues. So my question is ..is it cheating or an advantage for a guy to be hopped up on something if he was? I'm not sure if Coke or whatever is an advantage or disadvantage. Just was wondering when thinking about if Cowboy teams ever had the stink of cheating.

The steelers won 4 titles with half the roster on steroids. Same with the Cowboys in the 90's. TheBroncos cheated the salary cap (punished for it) to get Elway his two titles. I don't put an asterik next to their championships: they were great teams and fun to watch. Same with the Pats. Most of the country is just tired of the Pats winning every year. I get it. I felt the same about the Cowboys.

Saw this on a nfl comment lol really

Really? Someone said the 90's Cowboys were on Roids? I highly doubt that.

What a roided Garret might look like:

Don't players deliberately try to get away with holding in virtually every game?

If so, isn't this a blatant attempt to disobey the rules, i.e. cheating?
