How much of that $10, if any, do you place on each one of these eventualities...

__ Garrett = 2016 Coach of the Year

__ Any 2016 Cowboy = MVP

__ 2016 Cowboys = Super Bowl Champions

(Side bar: This is an example of how I'm enjoying the moment, and not letting the fun pass me by. :) )

If my goal is to optimize my $$, then I'm placing it all on JG winning CoY because I think he's the clear cut winner. My heart would like to place it on winning the SB, but I think the odds are better on the CoY wager. That said, Cowboys=SB LI Champs!!!

I highly doubt Garrett is coach of the year, he's been head coach for 6 years....I think Quinn in Atlanta and Case in Miami for coach of the year

Fun thought experiment.

I place $7.50 on Garrett for Coach of the Year. $2.50 on the Cowboys winning the Super Bowl.

Garrett's already done was he has to do. A lot still has to go right for me to cash in on that $2.50 wager.

You could very well be right, but I think what he has done with Dak and Zeke (especially Dak) has to put him in front. The question was how I would bet my $10, and my feeling is that betting it on JG for CoY would give me the best odds.
On a side note, I don't see how him having been a HC for six years would have any impact. The award is for CoY this year.

From what I'm reading, I can confirm that voting occurs before the playoffs begin.

(Personally, I think that helps a candidate like Del Rio, given conventional wisdom regarding OAK's playoff chances.)

Im all in on the Cowboys winning the SB.
I would get the most excitement from this happening.
Then I would like Zeke or Dak to win the MVP.
Then coach of the year is a distant third.

I may like Zeke beating Eric Dickersons record more than any of these except the SB of course. (It wont happen I know).

No way the media will let Zeke or Dak win the MVP. They will use these 2 guys against each other for years to come to make sure they don't ever win the MVP.
