Well he just needs his own thread. Ha, what a pick up he can be for us this season. With out him I would be worried about our linebackers. But he is just a football player who will not quit and knows the game so well.

He looked tremendous tonight. And for the second week in a row marcus spears played extremely well, and he is the guy clearing holes for thomas to run through. Those guys really played well.

MY player of the game was scandrick, he has got some mojo. He does everything, tackles well, covers well, almost blocked a field goal, ran back a kick 30 yards.....He is going to win us a game at some point this year.

Spears is starting to look like a good pick. I also agree on Scandrick. Its nice to have some corners.

Zach Thomas is a proven commodity, the only question was his head injuries. I hope he's overcome those because he's a real leader.

Had no doubt that last year was one of them things. Miami's loss, our gain.

Agree on Scandrick. I think he's gonna be big for us on ST this year. Will probably block a couple of kicks.

I've gotta say I wasn't sure what to think of the Thomas addition when it happened.... but he has done nothing buy impress me this offseason. He will be a great member of this team.

You seem to have identified the elements that comprise his amazing neck.

Noone knows what makes up the rest of his body. Those that have figured it out, were never heard from again.

Not having had a chance to see the game yet, I'm happy that some of y'all are offering some insight as to who played well... it seems to me from looking at the box score that Felix had another good effort in limited touches, and Kareem Lattimore played fairly well in his brief appearance... I was glad to see that Amendola got a catch, and that PacMan broke a nice return... I wondered how he'd fared in coverage, I was worried about that, so it's some relief to read that he played fairly well in that area too... and Todd Lowber caught a 39 yarder, I'd like to know more about that one...

And I was pleasantly surprised at Brad Johnson's numbers... but it seems that Bartel basically cost us the game in the 4th quarter (not that winning really matters)...

Looks like the Boys tightened up the punt coverage, big time... this is good, I hope it continues...

actually it appeared amendola made a mistake on the 4th down inside the 10. He went the wrong way and caused the int. bartel made a great tackle!

pacman was very good tonight.

and the play of the night was tashard choice, he blocked a punt after playing on the end with his hand on the ground. It was a truly wacky play. Wait till you see it.

Zach Thomas is a motivated playmaker. I can't wait until we get to the regular season. I thought he was too old and washed up when we picked him up, but damn if he isn't proving me wrong. A huge upgrade over what we had before.

It looked to be the the wr's fault ..... was cutting across the cb's face, then stopped. Easy pick for the cb.

Bartel made a hell of a tackle to save a touchdown on the pick; it looked like an easy pick six.

He was one of the few starters to actually show up and give an effort.

I wish they would of let me know the rest of the team was going to take the day off, I would of stayed home and saved some money on tickets.

I have always respected Zach Thomas. He just plays the game the way I appreciate it. I was beyond excited when we acquired him this off season and I couldn't believe there were people who were upset by it. Yeah, he is on the downhill slide of his career, but you cannot pay enough for the kind of leadership he can give a huddle and locker room. I hope when he finally hangs 'em up he moves right onto the coaching staff for LBs.
