Is it me or does Ceedee look like he’s put on some pounds? Definitely looks like he’s more around 210 than 198. He needs it too, I think that’s what unlocks his YAC tackle breaking we saw in college. That’s about the only thing he didn’t quite deliver on, some drops also.
Lamb working on LOS releases, knowing opposing DBs will bexgoing for the jam technique to disrupt his route running.

Who was the "coach" in the video telling Ceedee "good"? Is he a Cowboys' coach or a "personal" trainer/coach?

Don't think he was a Cowboys coach. I don't think coaches can coach players in the offseason. Might be restricted by the collective bargaining agreement.

Zeke is actually know as one of the hardest workers in the team.
At fork lifting, sure.
Hand to mouth, hand to mouth.
Work that muscle, work that muscle.
Five more! Give me five more!
You can do it!

More COVID home gym BS. Not impressed.
Players were doing these workouts (whether alone \ with trainers, teammates, other players in the league, etc.) and posting video years before the 2020 pandemic. College guys do it also.
