I agree, great way to keep active and in shape also keep the competitive spirt going. Even under Coach Landry the Cowboys had a charity basketball team that would go to different cities and play. Believe me I am more concerned with players with too much free time on their hands and hanging out in clubs than I am playing basketball.

Lebron may be slimmer but he's actually taller and surely more athletic.

If Rico could do that to Lebron, I surely believe he would be in the NBA where his salary limitations are far less restrained than a NFL tight end.

FWIW...if Lebron wanted to play football, he could've been the best tight end in the game.

I'm aware. I live an hour away from Akron so I've been flooded w/ LeBron info since he was in high school. I've been to +10 Cavs games, 3 rows from the court, so I have been a 'witness' to his abilities. Still would rather have Larry Bird on my team but that's just me.

Yeah, if there is a choice, any athlete with a brain would choose basketball if they have that choice.

Iverson's mother had to make the decision for him, cause he probably would've played football. My sister won't even let my nephews play football, and their dad played in the NFL.

I love football, but if you have a choice and its my kin folks, play something else. If Rico could play bball on a high level, he wouldn't be on our team and we wouldn't be talking about him right now.
