I'm all for resting him when and if we secure HFA. I played RB in high school and I remember late in the season that my legs would feel dead. I just didn't have the gears to make the plays I was making earlier in the season. Hopefully we can get a cushion and give Morris, McFadden and Dunbar some carries in case we need them at some point.

People are already bashing Morris as if we don't need him and they have already retired McFadden. For the offense we are running we need a good stable of running backs.

Morris has been nothing but solid.

I suspect if Romo had been the QB all season Zeke would have less carries. Hopefully we get a chance to limit his carries at some point...maybe see more Morris. And going forward with Dak he might see less carries...I think Dak is fully trustable in any situation to throw....

I think if we clinch the top seed we should pull the reins back a bit and let Morris get some run.

I wouldn't be worried about wearing him out. Demarco had more carries at an older age and he's still balling.

Complacency and Romo's game slumping is what did that team in. We were averaging around 31 points a game for most of the season and only around 14 points a game the final month. We were slumping entering the playoffs and while we were on the decline the Giants were on the rise.

Jim Johnson blitzed us to death and then TO got hurt against Carolina, and then we sat everyone against Wash.
