And what was illegal about this incident??? It's not illegal to expose your breasts, and the female basically invited him to do it, AND partied with him after the "incident". It blows my mind how many morally righteous people are on this board.

Sure, Zeke COULD get suspended for what he did to the girl, but that would be way out-of-bounds, even for Goodell. There's no way you could even twist this situation into being more than what it is - a bad decision between two consenting adults.

Totally agree. He's definitely immature, no doubt about that. And he should know that it looks bad, even if he didn't technically do anything "wrong". Hopefully he will grow up soon.

People have tried but he belongs to a union and that union has already given goodell certain powers. It sux but they agreed to it. Just FYI. I'm all about the party just know that the world is also filled with people who don't like what they see all the time.

How did he not do anything wrong? That's sexual assault in its most basic definition. That's a criminal offense.

Definition of consent:

Consent- permission for something to happen or agreement to do something.

The woman, by her body language and by voluntarily spending time with him before, during, and after this incident show that she was compliant with what happened. It's not like she has to specifically say, "Zeke, I'd love for you to help take my top off" in order for it to be legal.

Come on man, you can't really believe that's sexual assault.

I didn't say it was illegal, but Zeke's name has already been linked to another incident involving a woman and he has just gotten into the league. His reputation is taking a hit and Goddell can do whatever he wants if enough pressure is applied to him from outside influences. This isn't about being morally righteous, this about being smart.
