I don't care about the money,, we have been discussing both sides of the debate for months now.
What I want to know is how fast can Zeke be installed into this Moore run scheme?
Lets hope that Zeke was taking care of his physical awareness, his conditioning, while in Cabo.

On a side note, if Im the front office, after making such a significant investment, I might be a bit reserved
on my Zeke exposure in week one, against the Giants.
Pollard has been in camp all pre season, and has done everything as fans we could of hoped for, considering the situation.
What you been doing in Cabo Zeke,, just running barefoot in the sand is good exercise for the cardio and all.
Im just saying we have enough time between today and the game, not us,,, lol , but the staff really needs
to evaluate just truly were Zeke is at, condition wise and mentally.

That will be the concern. Just the normal bumps and bruises you get from getting hit in TC and preseason (which he doesn’t need). Same can be said for Tank and Byron Jones. But these guys are professionals, with state of the art facilities and staff on hand.

It’s all about muscle memory when you’re a football player. Hit. Heal. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

If the Cowboys coaching staff is smart, Pollard will get the majority of the carries against the Giants. What Garrett says is true, Zeke may be in shape, but perhaps not football shape. Trying to use him this week as normal is risky and could lead to those pesky training camp injuries...like hamstrings.

Also, importantly, Zeke was known, coming out of college as a guy who knew the plays better than the staff at time.

Doesn’t matter the offense; there’s only so many basic ways you can use a RB — be it running, receiving or blocking.

O line blocks, he runs. RB is probably the position I am least concerned about for picking up new schemes. Blocking may be a little concerning but I’m willing to bet he’s had the play book so it shouldn’t be completely foreign to him.

Wasn't the gist of Moore's playbook more pre-snap motion and not so much new plays?

If so, not like Zeke will be shuffled around too much. Just needs to know where the run is designed and let his vision take over.

There might be a few timing issues...but I doubt it’ll be any kinda thing.
