Positional value. CB's are irrelevant if your front 4 doesn't disrupt. And a RB affects the game in a huge way. However, neither is going to be effective w/o the line in front of them. And since we're weak there, it won't' matter until that's fixed.

I wouldn't take a RB or a CB that high.

Exactly positional value, and CBs are one of the most valuable positions in the game.

CBs are always relevant. With the quick passing game, your DL is less relevant than your CBs.

RBs have almost no affect on the game whatsoever.

Crazy you still haven't learned and just have it completely backwards despite all the information and data out there for you to look over.
