Honestly, how did not a single coach get in his face and chew him out after the 2nd one.

Coaching staff, especially McCarthy is soft.

Zeke looks slow. No burst of speed.

He should be gone this offseason, even if it means eating his contract next year.

I’m thinking Zeke is flirting with the pineapple express before games, at least.....I hope that is the only issue :lmao2:

He shouldn't have been allowed in for the rest of the game.

I don't dispute Zeke's good, but he needed to be benched, for the rest of the football game, for his good and the teams.

Lose if you do, they did anyway. Teach accountability and teach team. Sometimes a punch to the mouth like that is what you need.

Zeke's better than that. Tell him that and punish him because you know he IS good, not because you think he's bad.

The worst thing is someone that you know is capable that isn't living up to their potential. As a man that manages a large department for a 10 figure business I know this. The inept get weeded out fast. The worst thing is the good that aren't getting there because they're in their own head or think they can get away with less than their best.

Confront the underperforming. Even if it costs you short term. If they have fire in them and a desire to excel they'll learn, they'll gather themselves, and they'll thank you for it later.

You dont need to get in his face and chew him out i dont think alot of players respond to that these days

however if it were me he wouldnt have seen the field the rest of the night and he wouldnt start next Sunday either

I've said it once, said it a million times.

We screwed up paying him when he held us hostage. What an absolute mistake by Jerry.

Zeke looked quick as heck the first game...but has quickly reverted back to slow Zeke

Did he have money on the Cards?
Sure looked like it.....

Everyone worries about egos and stepping on toes and offending players.

I guarantee you Zeke would care more about ball protection if his careless *** was forced to sit on the sideline for 2 quarters. But no, they’d rather pat him on the helmet and say “you’ll get ‘em next time.”

Only thing Zeke is “getting” is dramatically overpaid.
