its not even that really I just find it funny I had a handful of posts within 5 or 10 minutes and basically explained how i felt about it but the only post that keeps getting quoted is the first one and nobody is reading how I actually said if true.

I think he should be sent to siberia, having your license up to date is important very important. In this state he would go to jail if he was in an accident without a license. So I think we should just go ahead and do that. He his definitely out of my prayer warrior email chain now.

Exactly, we are all off base at one time or another on this board, especially with all the people on here that like to speak in certainties. Fact is I cant really give anyone a hard time that says they were wrong. He did sound pretty negative at first, probably because weve all become accustomed to the bad news. They need to start enforcing jail time for false assaults of rape or domestic violence if they can be proven. This is causing problems for both sides.

Yes, there are some crimes that tend to put people in a guilty until proven innocent category. Most involving women or sex, our society doesnt play with those issues, as we shouldn't. However a false accusation is so harmful that damage is done regardless. Just think if somewhere down the line another girl comes out and says this, people are instantly going to say "i knew it." She should be pursued criminally, not just a defamation of character or slander law suit on some cash strapped stripper. Really now Zeke is a pro and thus a target. He needs to do his best to not put himself in potentially vulnerable situations. For example dating a stripper who calls herself a "sex slave."

Actually, BKnight, XWalker, Fuzzy and a bunch of us went through the facts of the case on this forum before Hardy was a free agent, much less a Cowboy. All the information is out there if you spend 30 minutes reading it.

That might be a couple of those other witnesses that were not in the car with Zeke and GF. Police said they have spoken to 4 witnesses, one was in the car and reported that there was not an assault. The other 3 witnesses could be the people involved in the bar fight. I haven't read through all 26 pages of this thread so I hope no one else said this. Sorry if you did

You do realize that the charges were expunged by the DA who said that he was not comfortable with Nicole Holder's testimony in the bench trial compared to what she told police at the scene and the crime scene evidence?

Things such as Hardy calling 911 on *her* and she is in the background saying that *she* is sorry and doesn't want to go to jail. And the police report says that when they got to the scene, Holder ran away from the police.

That coincides with somebody that had just hit a person with a high heeled shoe in the face (Holder admitted to being high on coke and drunk at the time (wonderful combination) and thought Hardy was going to have her arrested and then when the cops came...she ran from the cops until they corralled her. And that Holder made claims in her testimony that she was choked despite no strangulation marks on her neck, a small bruise on her chin with falling down and then claimed that Hardy slammed a toilet lid on her arm (which she never told police).

Must have convinced the DA as well. DA's are not really in the business of expunging records.

No the woman who took the selfie is someone different and allegedly is the one who might have gotten into the fight with Zeke's ex, thus, her trying to pin it on him. Zeke and his girlfriend are going through a breakup. From what I can tell, he dumped this girl after draft day, realizing he's a super star athetete playing for Americas Team and doesn't wanna settle with one female when he can have multiple. He must have also realized she was crazy since he screenshotted the text messages and saved the voicemails of her threatening to damage his reputation.

I don't believe he was in her car. She was not invited to his b-day celebration and followed him both at the club and to his home. (Irvin told this to Rich Eisen youtube available on post-#449)
