Zeke loses about 9 lbs.

Lots of good stuff in the article including this:
Cowboys were ranked 24th in the number of times they used pre snap motion. Also they were the 24th ranked offense. Coincidence? I say nay nay!
At one point in the article it talks about how Moore will call plays to Dak's strengths and preferences, but also how Moore plans on calling plays that will challenge Dak. Hopefully the combination will make Dak a better qb.

cross the NFL, passes out of heavier packages (like 12 personnel) have been much more effective than those out of lighter looks (11 personnel) over the past few years: In 2018, throws from 11 personnel averaged 7.1 yards per attempt; those out of 12 personnel averaged 8.1. Despite that, Dallas passed out of 12 personnel just 9 percent of the time last season (the league average was 14 percent) and threw just 78 passes with two tight ends or a fullback on the field. Compare that to the 49ers (228) and Patriots (164), and the gap between the Cowboys and the league’s most innovative schemes becomes apparent. “I think you’d be kinda dumb not to look at those things,” Moore said of the Niners and Pats offenses. “They’ve been doing some really positive things, and it’s certainly been branching out throughout the league.”
