ZERO Penaltys Called 1st Half

Aikman said that was very hard to believe when you can call a penalty on every play.
it would have been nice if this would have happened last week along with better coaching and execution.

I love the call where the umpire said something along the lines, "there is no flag on the play, the flag fell out of the refs pocket" even though it flew 10 feet in the air.

Horrid.
