Once someone has developed a viable plan which impacts the $100 million+ in television revenue for player salaries, which is handed to each owner, that person may have a shot in the dark of starting the "revolution". Until then, good luck.

This year's Super Bowl needs to be a flop. Two small-market teams, lower TV ratings, a blowout game, etc. It will hurt Jerry's ego even more when the worst Super Bowl of the last 10 years was played at Cowboys Stadium so he won't even have the shiny palace to turn to as a bright spot from this season.

so do we need for ratings to go way down and public view of the cowboys, for jerry jones to make some serious changes in the way jerry runs this team with no real head coach with control? and no accountability on the players?

Ratings for the Cowboys are never going to go down. They are so polarizing that people will watch them to root against them, and the fans will always watch. This organization would have to absolutely collapse to slip into mediocrity (ratings wise).
