So, with the NFL Draft being in Pittsburgh, I'm debating about attending the Thursday Night. Not sure how much it costs to attend an NFL Draft. That said, I'm thinking it could be fun to do a cowboyszone meetup.

Something we furries do, when we aren't at conventions, is we just what are called furmeets where we go to events or places like bowling alleys to hang out. Sidenote, I'm debating on bringing my fursuit to the draft since Pittsburgh hosts AnthroCon a few months later. However, it depends on the weather and if I end up just deciding to partial or something. We will see. But still, this is meant as a fun idea for the Zone.

Given how close Cleveland is to Pittsburgh, I was planning on going on the Thursday afternoon after work, and then coming back to have reasonable enough time to rest for work on the Friday, then I'd either come back the Friday evening or Saturday (especially since I should be in Pittsburgh again around 4 July weekend for AnthroCon). Funny enough, we will be basically across the river from where AnthroCon is held.

The point of this thread is that it might be fun to have a cowboyszone meet up on the Thursday Night at the NFL Draft. Would anyone be down to meet up at the Draft? I've never actually met someone from this forum or the previous forum. It'd be fun to actually meet up and watch the draft in our own section. Furries (since I'm a furry and I know a lot of furries in the area) and Zoners welcome lol.

I should clarify, a big part of the reason I am intending on wearing something furry (either suit, tail, and/or con badge) would be to serve as a tip of the cap to Pittsburgh. When we furries are there for Anthrocon, they always roll out the red carpet for us. So, it'd be my way of saying thank you to Pittsburgh. Especially since we've become a part of Pittsburgh's culture when we're in town.

Unfortunately, the thread's subject aligns itself with an activity involving the draft. I would not transfer it to the Member Zone for that reason.
